Is there a station that you are not at similar in layout to that of Baker Street but such that any line you are not on does not coincide with the Vortex manoevre, as in any recent Stovold revision that may prevent you from reaching the sole target of Mornington Crescent? But bearing mind that you are not at any of these stations or those that may be referred to as station "A" in mullardo's previous question.

To put it simply, the first half is true for all stations. Therefore it just says

"Are you on either the Central or Jubilee lines, but not on any other line?"
