Could I add to my time to the list for Zone One?

On 11th of April 2006 I managed a time of 3h:59m:01s

I think that is probally the slowest time done by anyone trying to go for the 'record'

Well, do we count senji as slower, as he was doing it in competition mode?

Do you know the slowest time recorded on one of the Zone One Challenge Days?

by tubeguru
Yeah, it was Senji at the one we just had. Can't remember what it was BECAUSE SOMEONE HASN'T SENT ME THE TIMES YET, but it was over 4 hours.

I would of been faster if i didn't have to wait at paddington station for 20 minutes (Sodding District Line)!

Also is it worth doing the run or take the bus from Knightsbridge to Sloane Square?

You should have told me you were in London today, I could have joined you and got my stopwatch back!

I was using it for the challenge ironically
If it wasn't for a huge hold-up at Paddington & that tosser chucking themself under a train at Swiss Cottage I'd have got sub 3hrs. Not bad for a first time though. I'm off to the post office now.

What were you doing at Swiss Cottage on a Zone 1 Challenge?

Jubilee suspended between Waterloo & West Hampstead.

So you weren't at Swiss Cottage - how do you know the person under the track was a "tosser" then? It could have been an accident :).

Another time please Anthony

Jamie and Kevin Brown in a P.B. time of 3hrs 05mins and 05secs, not even good enough for the top 20
