It's a good way to get the beer out of the system followed by Mc D's breakfast then we will be ready for the R15.

Staying at Feltham Travelodge as everything nearer to central London was to expensive.

Ended up at plymvalley again this week setting a new Parkrun PB of 27:27. Must go to an all Tarmac venue and get this time under 27mins.

Well visited nonsuch last Saturday and using the pacers managed 26.57. Two weeks running setting a new PB. Back to bodmin this Saturday to get that time under 30mins.

Added your new PB, but sad to say the Nonsuch times were adjusted so you lost a second! I lost 11!

Also added Steeevooo who has a PB at Barking.

I guess my time was affected too?

Any reason given for the adjusted times. It's not that difficult to start then stop a stopwatch.

I have emailed nonesuch to find out why times have been amended.

Funnel duckers presumably! (crossing the line and not taking a token) They cause everyone's result after the 'duck' to be inaccurate, so if Nonsuch can make results more accurate it prevents things like false PBs, which could be impossible to beat.
