I'm thinking that doing it as a large group would be better...I did have a route finishing at Heathrow, but any delay of more than 10 minutes would see us struggling so Soup Dragon, I'll probably take you up on the offer but I'll discuss it with Matt and Jack first and give you a call.

Assuming that we are all planning the same day (Friday 16th November).
We already have a team of 7 or 8 people.

The Subways James, Jack & Matt
The Brown Clan Antony, Jamie, Kevin & possibly Phillip
Team Kernow Damian "Nozza" Cook

Starkey has agreed to give us some support during the day, and will be cycling around the North West London area getting advance info for the team. Can anyone else interested in taking part or being part of the support team please post details on here. The more the merrier :D

For support we need someone to start & stop the watch and also need someone to arrange food drops during the day.
One day I shall return!

Wow, I'm looking forward to seeing an octet of Tube Challengers! I can bike around north-west London carrying bags here and there, and buying food, and getting train info, whatever you want really.

I am a possibility as well for the Brown Clan, as Starkey & Phillip (most likely) can't make it. Also I don't want to do a Full Network until Guinness get back to us.

The Brown clan have set up our own just giving page for anyone interested in sponsoring us for CiN. http://www.justgiving.com/tubechallenge07
I will only do it in Fancy Dress if we can raise £500 before the big day.

Just a couple of weeks to go before CiN. Can anyone else interested in taking part or supporting please try and confirm in the next week so we can work out logistics for the day.

In addition to the Just Giving site I've also set up a piczo site especially for CiN, the address is http://www.tubechallenge.piczo.com

Hi James,
We should have the route finalised by Tuesday, I'm seeing Kevin in the evening to go through everything and just to check if there are still any bits to research. If you're in the Hatton Cross area on Tuesday evening you are welcome to join us. If you can PM me your email address I can forward the route once finalised.

Unfortunately I won't be as I'm working late, but I'll mention it to the other member of our team (Jack) as he's a student so is busy for about 3 hours a week.

As always I can provide support in the evening after 1630 and can hang about right up till the end of the challenge to stop the clock if needed.

Let me know what supoort is needed and I will endeavor to provide it.

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!

Thanks Tangy, I'm sure that will be useful. As soon as we have the route finalised we will let you know when & where we think we will need you to be. Only 10 days left plan and promote the event
