You're obviously not familiar with modern slang. It makes no sense, it's a sick and wicked distortion of the English language.

"Sic" is usually used when quoting something some has said verbatim, inserting [sic] after any mistakes by the original author. This does two things: it ensures that no one thinks the person quoting it is stupid, and it makes the person who posted it look like a moron.
