Wow what a fantastic effort by Andrew Matt and myself all setting Parkrun Pb's at the Pymmes Parkrun.

I need to get back into running, haven't been for a run in over 2 months now

Pymmes is a nice course to get a fast time. Saying that did not expect to get that far under 30mins.

My PB location has returned to Milton Keynes. 5 seconds off my Pymmes time, 28 off my MK time. MK is a tougher course

Back to Guildford Parkrun next week so looking to beat my pb of 31.07 for that course.

No! You are disallowed from running the same parkrun twice. lol

New Pb but only for Guildford new time 29:27 well pleased with that time as it is a much harder course than Pymmes.

I ran today in Liverpool for a rare midweek parkrun opportunity and got a new PB. Relatively gentle course. Edit: turns out I wasn't the only one setting a PB this morning!

From Saturday 18th I get a new home Parkrun. With the launch of the Parkrun at Lanhydrock house Bodmin.
