Well, LU isn't a TOC. Tube Lines is now part of TfL and isn't a TOC, either. DLR isn't a TOC, at least not in the conventional sense (i.e. a national rail train operating company), although it is a franchised operation. The TOC with the greatest degree of association with this forum has to be LOROL, I'd say.

Or have I misunderstood something .... :?: :?
