excuse me? bisect the angle between 3 capitals? forgive me if i'm wrong but there were no other capitals in play at the time, unless you'd like to explain what tunbridge wells is the capital of...
but in any case, i'm glad you moved me to lyon because that opens up a 60*radius circle, with a shiki value of 231.6, and your position unravels a line of knife.
therefore, only one move makes sense and no stress involved. time for a league of gentlemen inversion (summer 2005 revised rules)...

that was a blatant slovenian craw there, phasing the daily bullshit into zone 2.
but esher was a nice move, cunningly putting into play an outside-zone-6 station with an 0208 area code. i have no choice but to hit the round road and swing to the left.
