As long as you get your mum to write you a note you'll be fine.

I know it not a job but still, Friday is the busiest day with 6 hours of continuous lectures :(. And I know how to be lazy, does that count? :P

Tips on how to be a good student would be handy for anyone who wants to help :P

Given that it's possible to do a walking FNC and complete it in one day, what I think would be good is to perhaps have on CiN day one team who aims to just walk rather than run, but still attempt to complete the network (other teams can do what they wish, try for the GWR, etc.). I think this would be good for rookies going for their first FNC attempt (like me) and perhaps less fit/disabled people (such as Neil as mentioned http://www.tubeforum.co.uk/forum/index. ... =viewtopic who has a pacemaker - although he can't really run that fast, he may be able to do a walking FNC).

I think it would be good to have an experienced member (anybody wish to volunteer?) with this team as I think this would attract people who might have been put off with all the running involved (rather like Tube Relief - which attracted people who otherwise wouldn't have done a FNC and that was a success, so I think this could also be a success). I think this would be a good rookie opportunity to raise money for charity and to have an experienced member with them without having to worry about their fitness. Attract people, not put them off by saying they have to be physically fit!

As an aside, I think it would be good to have an annual competitive FNC day somewhere else in the year, where people attempt to compete against each other and get the fastest time of the people on the day as well as aiming for the GWR (but I'll start another thread on this) - then a rookie might do a walking challenge on CiN day for their first FNC attempt and then later try harder to run for the 'competitive' FNC.

Unfortunately I'm out as well, can't get the day off work. I'll be around in the evening for support though.
