Difficult call. The spelling in Dutch (spoken in that part of Belgium) is undoubtedly "Gent", but the conventional English spelling is
"Ghent". I think that because we're playing this game in English we ought to use the anglicized versions of names, e.g. "Rome" rather than "Roma" or "Munich" rather than "München".
