Right, having been informed that YET AGAIN they've changed the times from Crystal Palace, the spreasdsheet has been updated with the following details:
tractakid - time changed from 24:52 to 25:11
scrxisi - time changed from 30:10 to 30:15
***** - time changed from 30:03 to 30:12
Going Underground - time changed from 32:58 to 33:48
Sorry, you're all slower than you thought you were.

Ha!! Slowly. Very slowly
I think I'm still improving my technique and strategy rather than getting amy fitter at the moment. Today was the first time I have run the course above freezing point, so it was interesting to see how muddy it can get, and where. Tractakid may be interested to know that the finish straight was moved away from the grass on to the path from last week.
I thought I'd only improved by 14 seconds today, but officially it's by more than a minute!

Yes, there's people arranging by facebook etc to meet up. You'd be fine running 45 minutes. Tractakid started around that time and he's got faster, he's down in the mid 20s now

Another update, and another PB for al, who moves ahead of Das in the time-ordered sheet. At this rate he'll be going past Andi ...

Another week updated.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing
A PB for Andi, who goes under 20 minutes, and ahead of Soup Dragon in the time-graded list. He did it at Exeter Riverside (the course where I set my all-time PB last year), so it's certainly one for fast times.
Al didn't run this week, so no PB. No doubt he'll smash one in next Saturday. Das came close to a PB too.

Well done Andi, I had a feeling that he was going to get back ahead of me before long. Hopefully this will help push me on towards setting a new PB soon, I needed some incentive as the last few runs I've just been going through the motions.
