dont drink coffee before the start but i was impressed with my 2nd park run time of 20m 37s

Cracking time Andi now you need to work on getting under 20mins.

i know two mistakes i made having a coffee only 20 mins before the start so i didnt have time to digest it properly and bounding off at the start too fast so i ran out of steam in the middle part but weight loss will help get faster under that 20 mins barrier.

I am still waiting for my result! Fairly eagerly. Could be a new Milton Keynes PB at least, maybe? I don't know!

Kev was the tail gunner at bedfont lakes. So his time was governed by the person in front of him.

Top running tractakid a New PB it's getting tight around that 27 min mark.
