Seems a good idea. The next R15 was going to be in March but you moved the January one to February to be part of the Tube Olympics, so I think the next one should be in April. Perhaps think about setting up a poll now for the date.Going Underground wrote:greatkingrat wrote:If Zone 1 is Friday 4th June then the R15 could be Saturday 5th June which would work as long as the closure doesn't overrun.
Indeed this can form part of "Tubefest 10"
Tubefest X, surely? I'm sure it will please Neil too, which always helps!Going Underground wrote:Indeed this can form part of "Tubefest 10"
I see. I really have been out of the loop then if this has been happening a few years....!!scrxisi wrote:"Tubefest" generally encompasses the Z1 challenge and the R15 that takes place either the evening before or day after, so this year it'll be 4th June plus either the 3rd or 5th.Sam wrote:What is tubefest 10? When is it taking place? Whats involved?
Probably the 5th.
Didn't said Scottish man want to do "one last crazy thing before I leave for Scotland for ever?" Wasn't he the one interviewed on the BBC news segment, as the organiser of the inaugural zone 1 day?scrxisi wrote:We're talking relatively here yeah, given we are Tube Challenging?
I just wanted to show off my knowledge of Z1 history. A post on a Scottish man's blog started it all you know...
I had to show you what it was like to win somethingscrxisi wrote:No, but winning it doesSam wrote:Doing one challenge does not make me one of you lot
Extreme tube challenging? One or two ideas spring to mind, none of which are unoffensive...
