I hope his boasts are wrong as I am Due to make a run on May 17th and his time is a good hour under my thoereticial time of about 18hours 15mins ish. Can it actully be done that quickly within the GWR rules.

I think his time is very optimistic. I don't believe it's possible without "cheating".

I find it all very hard to believe too.
As already bought up, Brixton was down.
There we're also many other delays that day too I remember hearing on the car radio about parts of afew lines being suspended.
Plus, he could not have run from a disused station. I know about these places I've been on some special tours and trust me the ones that actualy still have exits are normaly emergancy tunnel exits only. This is clearly an obserd claim. Plus thinking about the locations of the disused stations to potential running routes I fail to understand how any of them would help. Plus, get this... driver changes do ot occur at disused stations, fact! (Oh and why would a passenger be let off at one?)
This is clearly all a big hoax or a massive cheat.
Geoff mate... If your time was ever confirmed as beaten, would Guinness tell you? That would confirm everything.

Anybody up for reporting him to TFL for copyright infringement?

Didn't we do that before?

No, but he needs to be reported for that terrible "logo" he's made.

Er, and with nothing running down the Richmond branch that day!? LOL
I think he has never even read the rules. The chances are he got taxi's or lifts between stops, thinking it was allowed.
(And even then the time fails to convince!)
He probably also thought "if stations are shut for work, surely I dont have to visit them, and thus an easier challenge".
And if that was the case, Guinness will decline and I'd love to see the look on his face.
I think we somebody should contact him and make him aware of this page on the forum (get him reading this LOL)
Its so clearly a cheat or a hoax

i can imagine the excuses.
'My friend who has moved and now drives on the district line drove a train down to Richmond for me as a special service, I then persuaded LU to let me go on the train to Brixton and back.'

Most Likely he wasn't on the Tube at all that day and therefore wasn't aware of the Brixton & Richmond closures.
