It makes me doubly keen to compete Kevin!

After all, it's pretty unlikely that I can once again be on a severly delayed bus, forcing me to run and therefore slip on a wet Sheffield Station railway bridge, and therefore be forced by an over zealous station worker to add an entry to the Accident Book despite not being injured, and therefore miss my train because of this, and therefore arrive later to London than planned, let alone be stoppeed and searched by the British Transport Police on arrival at St. Pancras, have my route plan taken away from by them because it looked suspicious, and therefore arrive at the scheduled start time very late let alone being subject to such abject bad luck on the challenge that I couldn't even complete it because East Midlands Trains were running a timetable with a stupidly early last train AGAIN, can I?!!!

I'm off to check the train times, I might not yet be coming...
;-)

Just as matter of interest Kevin, how was Newbury Park chosen? I know it rotates, but is there some kind of system beyond this? I only ask as it's going to be quite a similar challenge to last year, what with Elm Park being the starting station on that occasion - however if thats the luck of the draw then that's fine!

I just try and pick the ones on the outskirts that are a fair distance from the any other.. Elm Park was in fact a re-run of the uncompleted 2008 Challenge from that station so those that took part on 08 and 09 had an exact re-run bar the finishing few stations :!:
Moor Park next year.......

BTW I never get tired of hearing your story of last years events

OK this is one week away just want to reiterate that the meeting time should be 1100hrs LATEST please as this is a lengthy challenge and we want to get started pronto :!:

See you oustside the station entrance and don't forget your cameras... :D
Here is a brief re-cap of the rules; Remember you must visit (arrive or depart) each "Park" station by tube and take an external photo. The watch will start when you take your 1st photo outside Newbury Park. If going round in teams then ALL members must exit the station although only 1 member needs to take the photo.... :P
