I'm still not very well, but, in the spirit of parkrun, I turned that on its head and went to Queen Elizabeth.

I deliberately walked up all the hills and jogged slowly on the downhill and flattish sections. Super fun on a challenging course.

A very wet Penrose this morning I had the joy of trotting gently at the back in 42:41 but Matthew screamed around in 22:17

How to do your fastest parkrun in 3 and a half months?

Do absolutely nothing all week.

My first of three Parkruns this month and the conditions could not have been much worse. On the stroke of 9 o'clock the heavens opened and it did not stop raining for the entire run. Apparently it's the first time that there has been rain at the Worthing Parkrun. There was a strong westerly wind as we headed up the prom into the driving rain, which eventually turned into hail making it quite a painful run! I was very pleased to turn the corner and have the rain on my back. Giving the conditions and the fact it was my first run for several weeks, I was delighted with 19th position and a time of 21:19. :D

Neil, I've just found an Age Grade Calculator http://www.runnersworld.com/tools/age-grade-calculator
This should allow you to calculate the missing age graded time rather than have it estimated.
