Was ill on Friday and not recovered enough to run, so my streak has ended.

No run for me today - I had another tattoo instead.

The last of my slow summer runs with the girls. Both gaining their junior 10 Tshirts. Off next week a coaching course in Exeter. Then back to it on the 16th.

Provisional date for my 100th is March 18th next year.

I went super far away pontefract it was supposed to be innagural brighouse but plan b had to be implemented ******* pre booked taxis

I was out at Hove Prom, I struggled over the line in 179th place.

I've been busy - I'll update later.

I finally updated the thing from last week. It has today's date on it, but the data is up to last week's run. I'll update it with today's data later today.

I got a course best at Linford Wood today but that doesn't say much.

Here it is then. Not much to report except a PB for Das and a slight improvement for tractakid at Linford Wood. I should be back on it next weekend.
