Two streaks perhaps - one for runs only and the other for
runs and volunteering - but the second might need to be you saying "I volunteered this week at xxx course." and tubeguru checking that so he doesn't have to go through every course, as I don't they are in the run list as well.
Note: if they volunteer and run - make sure not to add two, but add one if they only run!

Keeping up the volunteering is too much work, as I found out when I tried to log it before.

Went touristing at Exeter today and did 23:41, which is one minute, one second off my all-time PB, which I set exactly one year ago on the same course. Room for improvement I feel.

OK for anyone heading to my home course of Bedfont Lakes next week who is arriving by car make sure you arrive early as the car park gets very busy and there is limited availability on the road... There is another car park at the other end of the of the parkrun and is around 1km walk so the start from there.... if you need anymore help or advice please let me know

I might come along then again I might not be aware no more cheap returns on swt trains. also I have Friday off so for me relaxation possibility of further away parkrun is a great incentive.
