I was five seconds slower than last week. I need to go to a flatter course to do some better times.

I did wonder about that when I just did the spreadsheet. Their timing has been different to my watch on a number of occasions.

Anyway, here's the spreadsheet. The Raven almost got a PB, but they've decided that he didn't! But harsh ...

Not many people out yesterday. Going Underground loses his run streak, and I ended up fastest of everyone running for the first time in ages! Back regularly in the 24s now, but it still hurts. I need a flatter course.

Up at a ungodly hour no I'm not tube challenging but first train to Portsmouth for isle of Wight. It's makes my closest parkrun I think Havant now.

interestingly i had a 21m 46s time originally then suddenly changed to 22m 06s das was 40s ahead of a bloke he finished right next time corrected now though.

another 20m time happy with that f rimley lodge ticked off this time officially. one of my favourite courses but I have got a cow cowl curse 4th week in row only one
