Why would we want to risk catching any of those horrible diseases going around Bournemouth?!! ;)

Thanks for the update Neil. I see that Ric had a good run this week, his first run in a couple of months and his best time in two years.
I'm not sure when I will next have a Saturday off so there are no immediate Parkruns on the horizon for me.
One day I shall return!

It was pissing with rain at Hanley near stoke but 21m 40s it's got a nasty little incline twice yt? Thankfully no pain this time from injuries.
