Spreadsheet update will be happening later today. I was at work all day yesterday, so no time to do it!

The air was so cold yesterday, I found it hard to breath. Legs still had plenty of running but my lungs felt like they were going to burst! This morning I took part in a Sport Relief 6 mile run, 24 and a bit laps of Worthing Running Track, and I managed an un-official PB for 5km of 19:48. I must say that I quite enjoyed running on a track, I guess this must have helped somewhat to achieve that time. 10km was also pretty good at 40:32
If anyone wants to bung me a couple of quid for my efforts the link is here: http://my.sportrelief.com/sponsor/antonybrown
Cheers Antony
One day I shall return!

OK, here it is then. Loads of running going on, including CrunchySaviour getting off his Run Directing arse and actually running.

I note that Das did Chipping Sodbury - the course I ran on Boxing Day. I wonder if it was as windy as it was when I ran it.

I did the same, but at Portsmouth's Mountbatten Centre track. It was my first time running on a proper track. Obviously, it's a perfect surface for running and I completed the six miles in 51:56 after storming round the last lap (of 24) in 1:35. I think my legs may ache on Monday.

First run after six weeks off (wedding took priority) and I'm happy with under 32 minutes - my legs are still feeling it now though!

I must say it was nice to be back running at parkrun. I went to Penrose as it was the last running of the alternative course and managed to secure an alternative course PB. Penrose again next week for the anniversary fancy dress.

Looking good nick. Penrose 1st anniversary for me. In a gentle 28:21 back on the proper course. Looking forward to Pymmes next week should be a CB as long as no disasters.

Spreadsheet updated - no PBs or CBs at all this week, unless I missed an obvious one.

we had a record attendance at wilverly or brockenhurst so perhaps that's a good sign for next week.

Thank you. That was its first run and it'll probably get another showing at Pymmes next week.

MK is a really nice course. It was fun to run a course with some hills for a change and there was a nice helping of wind to make me feel at home. :)
