The first Grumbleweed thread contained two completed games - the first won by tractakid and the second by me. (There was also a silly one that only lasted 5 minutes, won by tractakid.) I then attempted to revive the game, but it didn't work and the next two games were abandoned.

Well, you did ask for the scores after ten rounds. Since the first thread included two completed games, we actually completed ten rounds at the end of Grumbleweed IX, so the totals would be Tube Geek 4, GuyBarry 3, A Challenge 2, tractakid 1.

If you're not counting the first thread then we won't know the totals until the end of the next game!

(As an aside, I've never understood why people who don't speak French all learn the phrase "Parlez-vous français?". It's about the most useless question you can ask! "Parlez-vous anglais?" would make a lot more sense.)

I would prefer Nimlebleweed. Who one the last Nimbleweed game if we are going to, as it is them that needs to start the next one, not just automatically TG, as he won the last Grumbleweed.

Nobody won the last Nimbleweed game - it was declared a draw. I got 160 points ahead of you, TG dropped out, and then I just sat on my lead because I figured you wouldn't be able to make a successful claim of 161 points or more. That's why we stopped playing - there doesn't seem to be any way of avoiding a stalemate in those circumstances.

Well that's one vote for Nimbleweed, one for Grumbleweed. Looks like I get the casting vote, and since Tube Geek doesn't appear to understand the rules of Grumbleweed I vote we go back to Nimbleweed - although we will need to work out how to resolve a stalemate.
