VM 40-44 is a very strong age group mainly consisting of people that have always been running. I know loads that can still run 5:45 - 6:15 per mile.

Solution turn up half an hour before find people in ur age group and noble them
I don't see how conferring a Lordship upon someone is going to make them run slower than me.

There is always blackmail if they are or hope that you get to 45 before them.

In no way do I condone blackmailing people it seriously recommend it
