Random stat: our collective parkrun distance run is further than the distance from London to New York.

I'll be missing Sat 10th Due to a Coaching course.

Was ill on Friday and not recovered enough to run, so my streak has ended.

The last of my slow summer runs with the girls. Both gaining their junior 10 Tshirts. Off next week a coaching course in Exeter. Then back to it on the 16th.

Provisional date for my 100th is March 18th next year.
