The last of my slow summer runs with the girls. Both gaining their junior 10 Tshirts. Off next week a coaching course in Exeter. Then back to it on the 16th.

Provisional date for my 100th is March 18th next year.
26 miles 385yards in 4h 14m 40s.

I was out at Hove Prom, I struggled over the line in 179th place.
Holder of the slowest recorded 274 attempt: 4 months, 1 day, 9 hours, 17 minutes, 32 seconds.

I finally updated the thing from last week. It has today's date on it, but the data is up to last week's run. I'll update it with today's data later today.

Record low number of runners I would guess!

I got a course best at Linford Wood today but that doesn't say much.
