I don't know! Sometimes they can come up with good jokes, and apparently sometimes my jokes are even worse than their ones!Tube Geek wrote:Should I take that as a compliment or not?A Challenge wrote:With that level of jokes, I could mistake you for my mother or form tutor at school!Tube Geek wrote:Why not?DrainBrain wrote:Havant run this weekend.![]()

Basically a flat course good for a PB. I've been running faster this year just needed a parkrun course that was flat ish.

Spreadsheet done.
Nozza is now ahead of me on age-grading, but then he is an old man so he needs all the help he can get.

I need to get into running more away from Parkrun. I'm worried I'll not ever get near my overall PB again. I'm consistently about two minutes off it at the moment.

You need to start running longer than 5k and frequency of runs to increase strength and stamina.tubeguru wrote:I need to get into running more away from Parkrun. I'm worried I'll not ever get near my overall PB again. I'm consistently about two minutes off it at the moment.

Indeed, yes. I may get up and go for a run tomorrow morning before work. Something like 10 to 15K.

I'm in the same position, and as I've got a 10k coming up in November, I'm going to do the same thing. It's just finding the time at the moment.nozzacook wrote:You need to start running longer than 5k and frequency of runs to increase strength and stamina.tubeguru wrote:I need to get into running more away from Parkrun.
