But is it?
There will a new station built in Shoreditch place 'Shoreditch High Street' are Guinness treating this as a temporary closure?
What happened when Aldwych station closed?

The new Shoreditch High Street station will NOT be an underground station - it will be on the new NR-operated ELL extension.
As it has nothing to do with the underground, Shoreditch is PERMANENTLY CLOSED AND WILL NOT FEATURE AS THE NAME OF ANY LU STATION IN THE FUTURE. As a result, no station with "Shoreditch" in the name will have to be visited on a world record attempt, and so therefore none of this can be referred to as a temporary closure.
Why is this concept so difficult for people to understand?

I'm planning a record attempt and got the rules sent to me last week and there was no mention of Shoreditch. It was the same rules that have been used since the temporary closure of T4

Most of us understand this, we were on the last train, its getting Guiness to understand this that is the problem, guess Guiness don't care too much about the record.
Perhaps we should just say we won't go on the bus, surely if enough of us said it Guiness would just go with the easiest decision.
