Sadly I didn't hit a PB this week, so my PB time should be salmon rather than red.

(Still got under 30 minutes, though. First time doing that without a pacer, too!)

Well, that, and Ashton Court is as far from flat as possible, and there's no junior parkrun there. Which would be the easiest junior parkrun for you to get to?

There are flat bits... The I can't access that list on my iPod, so will look later

You run from the bottom of the hill, to the top of the hill, then back down the same way.

Thanks to a change in job I will actually be able to attend my first Parkrun event on 7th May in Shrewsbury :D Best get some practise runs in beforehand....

The big news is that Iain returns to Parkrun after a 4 year absence, which mean Sam takes over as the leader in this category.
