Where, due to the tube strikes, there is no Piccadilly Line service. You consult my helpful guide, and stroll down to Northolt Park station.

The time has just clocked 1030, and you plan to board the 1035 to London Marylebone but you actually leave the train early at Sudbury & Harrow Road, the last London-bound train to call there until 0701 the next day

Where you lie down on top of one of the pianos in St. Pancras which you mistake for a bed to rest your head, and get your words and letters in the right order!

Re: The Journey
Then someone plays 'Morning' from Grieg's Peer Gynt suite on one of the piano. You figure it's time to wake up, and shake off the splitting headache...

Re: The Journey
You proceed to one of the other pianos, and perform Rhapsody in Blue. When you have finished, you receive rapturous applause from an adoring crowd of fans, then sprint down the concourse to the Thameslink platforms and dive through the closing doors on a First Capital Connect, which you ride as far as Herne Hill for the next piano.
There are many pianos around London - I am aware of the piano at Herne Hill, the 3 pianos at St Pancras International and the piano near Pudding Mill Lane, does anyone know where any others are?

- No, but I'm keen to find out ... I could plan a 'full-piano-network concert-tour' challenge - see long it takes me to play each one for at least 5 minutes!

Re: The Journey
You bribe a member of station staff to push you onto the lift up to platform 2 and up a boarding ramp onto a First Capital Connect train, which you ride as far as Blackfriars. Stupidly, you attempt to leave the train without using a boarding ramp, and the piano falls on its side.

Re: The Journey
You run away leaving a crowd of people behind who have crowded around the piano which has fallen on its side. You board an eastbound Aldgate East District line which unbelievably stops at Mark Lane and the doors open. You step off...

... step back on again, then the train inexplicably turns around and you end up at Hammersmith, where you catch the 220 bus followed by a quick walk to Craven Cottage, where you watch Fulham win the Barclays Premier League after a 4-1 thrashing of Hartlepool United.

Re: The Journey
Unfortunately you realise that you were actually playing FM14 as Hartlepool would never reach the EPL and Fulham would never be challenging for the EPL title. So in your disappointment you grab a 220 to Putney Bridge and then catch the 93 to Parkside Hospital. A quick walk to the Wimbledon Common Windmill Tearoom puts you in a great position to watch the Greensleeves Morris Men dance there with me leading the dance...

You walk across the heath to Asda Roehampton, and as it's Tuesday again, after buying your lunch, you catch the 969 to St Margaret's Station.
