The poll itself will never end, but I will announce the point at which I will take the result when people start telling me when they need the date finalised by!

I'm out for these dates - away for most of mid Aug. Considering an attempt July or early Aug as soon as I get my running pace up to Andi/Geoff standards. At least it will give you guys a new target to aim for, wouldn't want to make it too easy now...

The dates I can make are leading at the moment, but I will need to pick one fairly soon so I can fit in other things I'm committed to do that week.

Re: Fantastic August Race around the Tube
I would like everyone that has voted to say what they voted for! Currently have
Nigel- 13 14
Sam- 14 15 16
tractakid- 13 14 15 16
nozzacook 13 14
A2 16, although I don't know if this is preference or mandatory
The Raven 13
tangy 13 14 15 16
Al 13 14
hopeful traveller 13 14 15 16
Based on the people that have spoken up, the 13/14th would be chosen! Leaving it a bit longer in case someone hasn't checked the forum in a while, and until more people have spoken!

Re: Fantastic August Race around the Tube
I reckon I will use that information as a tiebreaker- if you are not competing could I please request you don't vote? It'd be cool if you could be involved on the day but my first priority is choosing the day where most people can compete.

Re: Fantastic August Race around the Tube
Wish I had read this first before you had your birthday presents. You voted for the one day I CAN'T do... you're loyal. *tut*scrxisi wrote:I voted 13th but only because that is a full day off for me. I'd only be available as support to a serious GWR attempting team and there's a couple of tubechallengers to whom I'd offer first (and second) refusal. You may or may not regard my vote as serious based on this!

Re: Fantastic August Race around the Tube
We, the family, leave ALL our planning to the very last minute. Currently, I'm happy for all four days. I presume the 12th's not there for a reason...?
