I am aware of the random selection. But the by-season basis is silly! The fact I live in Plymouth has nothing to do with it.

Re: Our Chosen Teams - The Table
The whole point of me changing every year is to be as different to real supporters as possible. Real supporters stick with their club - I choose to abandon my arbitrary selection every year.tractakid wrote:I am aware of the random selection. But the by-season basis is silly! Re: Our Chosen Teams - The Table
Tubeguru asked for my assistance in the random selection of his new club next season. He asked me to pick a number between 1 and 92, corresponding to randomly distributed numbers, corresponding to randomly arranged football clubs.
I picked '2', which related to Number 48, which related to Manchester United.
Tubeguru has refused to accept this result, and is wanting to do the draw again.
Who thinks he should accept the original draw?

Might as well slim down the draw to the seemingly few teams he would be happy to support then. How many? 5 or 10?scrxisi wrote:Not me, he should be made to support a real team. Re-draw.

OK, how about this?
Lose the Premiership teams, and base it on the 72 remaining teams.

Re: Our Chosen Teams - The Table
OK, I'm going to re-do the draw, including re-reandomising the lists of teams and numbers.
I don't think tractakid will do the draw this time, as he objects strongly to my arbitrary jettisoning of Manchester United. Whatever. Volunteers for a new draw person will be considered.

Re: Our Chosen Teams - The Table
I should point out that as I am discarding the Premiership teams, I can't re-do the draw until the Championship play-off final is over. Cardiff and Hull are already off the list, but Reading QPR and Wigan are still on.
