Hey!!

I'm taking part in Race for Life on July 9th in Regents Park in aid of Cancer Research UK!
Race for Life is a 5km/3.1 miles run(/walk), and I am looking for sponsorship, so if you would like to sponsor me please visit http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/samcawley, and don't forget all money donated goes directly to Cancer Research UK so they can continue with their excellent research and continue to save many more lives!

Good luck - just don't follow the example of a second year friend of mine...

Ran the London Marathon on Sunday, 600 metres from the finish he quite seriously tore his gastrocnemius (calf muscle)...

He was carried across the finish line and currently is unable to walk...

Ouch, sounds painful, luckily mines just 3.1 miles as opposed to just over 26 though! :P
