Tube Olympic Running Lanes

I would just like to say a big caps off to Boris and the boys for marking out running lanes at all the Central London interchanges for the Tube Olympics :D

It has certainly helped us avoid the crowds during the evening All Lines, Bottle and Z1 events and lead to 3 new Olympic and 1 new World record..... 8)

ooooooh, on the roads. The road lanes are empty which means running on them avoids the crowds on the pavement.

I was thinking within tube stations. xD
