Weird, I was literally about to pop out and do so.

OK, so I've got it on easy setting, and I'm whizzing through a quick season at Lotus to learn the circuits I don't know.

Then I shall take the easy stuff off and try to do it properly. To give you some idea of how easy the easy mode is, I had a choice of three teams in my first season - Lotus, HRT or Virgin. My first goal was to qualify 20th and finish 18th.

I was on pole by two seconds, and at one point I was 19 seconds ahead of Webber in a ten-lap race, having made the mandatory pit stop! It was less at the end because I eased off to much and spun at a slow hairpin.

I expect to finish the season winning every race, but this is just a sighter before Ferrari offer me a contract ...
