I'm on it, if you can all wait a few hours ... we've got until 2013 haven't we?

Or just go here and click the box with two triangles in at the head of the "Opened" column to get an order :)

But the wiki list doesn't have all the closed stations.

Plus how do you deal with stations that have been re-sited, re-nammed or merged?

For stations such as Baker Street which have different opening dates for different lines (such as Baker Street), you would take the date of the earliest line.

Or add even more complexity and require you travel the line on which it was opened.
But that'd probably require you passing the station multiple times on different lines, as I'm sure some of the first 150 would have been interchanges at the time...
It makes a bit of sense, since strings of stations would have opened at the same time anyway.

Baker Street and KC/St P. certainly have wide gaps between the various lines coming through them.
