Woodford to Hainault until midnight?

i was looking at a tube map earlier and noticed that as of november 19th, service between hainault and woodford has been extended to approximately midnight. whether it's come into effect or not, i'm not quite sure, but this is great news as surely it means you can now plan for an epping finish?

That was advertised aaaaaages ago.
