Re: Random 15 Championship 2024/25: Round 1
Sorry for the severe delays but here follows the results of round 1 of the 2024/25 Random 15 Championship held on Saturday 21st September 2024.
Round 1 is traditionally the Champion's Twist round, so as champion last season I chose the twist of LU and LO in zones 1-3, expanding our reach into seldom visited areas that lie in zone 3.
The stations to be visited were:
--Paddington (Bishop's Road) - meet up/start
--Upper Holloway
--Colliers Wood
--Bond Street
--Upton Park
--Belsize Park
--Blackhorse Road
--West Hampstead (LU)
--Blackfriars (LU)
--Canonbury
--Whitechapel
--Stamford Hill
--Angel
--New Cross
--Finchley Road & Frognal
We had 16 challengers split into 12 teams.
All teams finished at Colliers Wood unless otherwise stated.
12th: Andy JS - 05:14:05 at Kilburn.
11th: Vincent Karthaus - 05:09:35 at Upton Park.
