Too late now, but a postal vote does not require ID, so that would have been another option for you.

Voting tactically? Labour
Voting for who I really want? Lib Dem or Green.

So I have three options. :|
I have the same dilemma. In the past I've always voted Lib Dem, apart from one of the EU elections when I voted Green.
I know Labour are going to win by a landslide, and our seat (St Austell and Newquay) is currently a Tory seat but forecast to be a Labour gain.
I want the Tories to have as few seats as possible so that the Libe Dems become the opposition, so this means that I might tactically vote Labour!

Assuming Nigel Farage wins Clacton it's going to be a very interesting period over the next parliament. I don't think that the immigration issue is going to go away, and I can see Farage getting more support and potentially winning the 2029 General Election.

That Reform vote is worrying. They're certainly taking LOTS of Tory votes in the south.

I'll go for 03.23.

Anyone want to guess how large it will be? I'm going for 220.

The exit poll has the Tories doing better than some predicted.

Interestingly, Labour's majority is "only" 170 according to the exit poll, which is curiously nine fewer than Tony Blair's first one.

Our predictions of majority-winning times were a bit out. Sky news announced the victory at around 04.55. The BBC were somewhat behind with their seat count, and came in about ten minutes later.

So, how will the fascists do, now they have four seats? I hope the idiots who voted for them know what they're going to be getting,

That rubbish about Jimmy Savile has been debunked many times, Andi. It's no use spouting it here.
