Here are the first stats for the year, these do include anyone who ran on 1st January, although you might not be able to see the results.

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
I had planned to run at Longrun Meadow (Taunton) on Saturday, but the river Tone had different ideas and decided to burst it's banks.
This left me with the option of either Frogmary Green Farm or Burnham & Highbridge, I opted for the second choice.
Burnham & Highbridge is a really nice out and back course, although I'd recommend starting near the front if you are looking for a decent time as the course is very narrow for the first part.

Got my first London parkrun win this morning at Southwark although it was an alternate course due to ice on the paths. I feel like I'll need to revisit to properly tick it off.

I made a trip to Chippenham this weekend, quite an enjoyable course consisting of two loops of two laps out and along the river.
Like everywhere else on Saturday the ground was frozen solid and paths were quite slippery.
This will possibly be my last tourism until I head off on my British coastal walk in May.... first stop Woolacombe Dunes!

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
Managed to squeeze in a visit to Etna parkrun last weekend, before a crazy train journey. It was a bit different to a British parkrun, with only one Marshall and relying a lot on painted arrows as direction markers, so I made sure I ran in sight of a local as much as possible. A typically small crowd saw me get my best position by miles. I could have got 4th with a small extra push, even first wasn't beyond me if I'd been running in shorts and trainers instead of jeans and walking shoes. If you find yourself on Sicily on a Saturday morning give it a go!
P.S. it was tricky underfoot, I nearly went over on my ankle several times.

Held some Alternative Challenge records for a long time.
Doesn't any more.

A PB at Upton and a new PB overall for my daughter of 58 minutes! My daughter went round with a family friend. Turns out, she can go faster when she knows she can't manipulate the adult, unlike me! Very proud dad though

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
Not sure, you'd have to check with scrxisi, he does all the hard work, I just enter the results.
Course Wars is still there and so is SE Regionnaire.
Theres a new tab called Meet-ups and also one called Mean Progression that I hadn't noticed before.
Anyhow... heres the update to 18FEB as Im a bit behind....

I was at Bolton parkrun this week, quite an interesting course and one that I'd recommend.
