TUBE 58 CHILDREN IN NEED 2022 FRIDAY 18TH NOV

Post by Golf »

Subject to my getting the day off from work? i plan to raise money by unretiring and getting a completion on children in need day this is a non running route very lax timings and would suit a large group if they wanted too.?

parkrun after that on the saturday 19th nov would be church mead so u can guess where it finishes!

if anybody wants to join please feel free to comment or pm message me on forum.

i might even publish the route on here as its no secrets involved

I'll think about it. It's something in theory I'd be up for doing, but getting home from Amersham isn't going to be easy...

Sounds interesting - please put me down as a maybe. Thanks.

That's only about 20 minutes slower than my running route!

as you can see my route possibilities have adapted apart from the start i cant see where u can go wrong apart from total collapse of the network in theroy any of the possbilities can be done in any order to suit what happens on day.

there is a possibility to do the edgware road loop from hammersmith and taking bus from hsk aka the film version we did it take out a run.

I'm intrigued why you prefer to finish at Amersham rather than Chesham which would be slightly quicker. They're much of a much-ness aren't they?

2 reasons for that 1.i intend saturdays parkrun to be church mead in amersham so it makes sense to finish there. 2. although there is no reason i like to get kensington olympia out of the way done and dusted instead of continuing onwards to 19:30 if it dont work then pub and alternative challenges could be done.

1. Good reason!
2. Totally agree if focus is on completion rather than time to do a Heathrow/Olympia start

Thanks

interestingly i do have another plan which involves getting the 06:02 out of kensington olympia which would involve doing the overground starting at battersea park route instead a lot less stations and finish around 4pm ish its an idea that would be different at least.

vote for a poll

1. do full network route as described in previous post

2, do overground route starting at battersea park 06:33am

3. do a collected amount of challenges dlr, tram, all lines, south of thames etc.
