Oh it's not a one day thing i'm sure43019 wrote:That sounds rather insane...londongirl wrote:Actually while tube challenging last Friday i came up with a rather bizarre challenge and frankly one I doubt anyone would ever attempt. Or think about, except me.43019 wrote:My summer? Well I went to Disneyland Paris this July, both ways on direct Eurostar services, the way back getting the delights of the Da Vinci Code set. Whilst I was there we had an afternoon in Paris, whose Metro system I fell in love with (indeed, I feel a challenge and potential world record setting coming soon).
Do the Paris Metro and London Underground back to back. So we start with perhaps a 275 or Zone One since a 275 is tiring on its own. Dash to Waterloo, connect via train only, and at Paris skip onto the Metro and possibly do it's entirity too.... Anyone mad enough for it?
So it'd be a Z1 challenge, Eurostar to Paris, THEN the Paris Metro? I'm sure that can't be done in a day! Paris' Metro system needs a day to itself!

Hey! I've very rarely been in trouble with security or police; I'm actually very well-behaved, and considerate of various rules and regulations, with a few exceptions at Oxford Circus of course.
I wonder what I can do in Bath. Bath is surrounded by hills. There's a cycling challenge called the All Hills Challenge. That sounds fun!

Or you could try racing a HST to Bristol TM. I daresay that wouldn't be too hard, considering how slow they seem to go along there...Starkey7 wrote:I wonder what I can do in Bath. Bath is surrounded by hills. There's a cycling challenge called the All Hills Challenge. That sounds fun!

If I were totally mad, which I'm not, then I would have a go at this:

...and I think that some day I will!
