I've done both, but I thought you were referring to one of my times ...

I don't like the new course. I preferred the meadow, but the National Trust stopped them using it.

Once three separate Tube Challengers have visited a venue the medals are then awarded / change hands purely on fastest to slowest times... I have probably lost more than anyone else I would imagine :(

Purely based on time. At least three runners must run at event for medals to be awarded.
Obviously courses aren't identical at all venues with some having different winter and summer courses.
Weather conditions obviously could affect performances, but I haven't got time to faff around trying to work out who is faster when there are two identical times.

If anyone is that bothered about course difficulty then get yourself registered on Run Britain, each and every parkrun is graded every Saturday with an SSS and your performance is then compared to this with vSSS. Sometimes this can be very demoralising though, as an example when I ran 19:37 at Penrose the SSS score was only 1.0, which meant my handicap got worse that week despite running a PB.

Now we know why Soup Dragon lives in Worthing - it is the 3rd easiest parkrun in the country!

Yay I got to run yesterday at Heartlands (Lands End cancelled due to historic car rally). First run since Oct 19th and it wasn’t raining so double result. Back to wet and windy Lands End next week.

I be concentrating on the Londone for the next 3 Parkruns. Highbury fields, Dulwich and Royal bethlem hospital. Saturday Parkrun was sunny Hill a lovely hilly course with a cracking female Rd

A really difficult course with 2 elongated hills done twice when u get up that four hill u really thank the Marshall as the rest is mainly downhill.
