Re: Birmingham R15
You're right, the Network West Midlands website is poor. R15 station list will include Hartlebury, Droitwich Spa, Worcester Foregate Street, Shrub Hill, Bromsgrove, Barnt Green, Alvechurch and Redditch. These are not included in DayTripper Plus, so if any of these stations are visited, you will need an additional ticket. This also applies to Coventry-Leamington Spa route.greatkingrat wrote: ↑19 Nov 2019, 14:02 I'm interested. Is there a full list of stations - the website isn't very clear. It looks like the ticket is only valid as far as Kidderminster, not Worcester? Is the Redditch line included?

Re: Birmingham R15
I think it would be better to just stick to the area covered by the ticket and avoid the complications/expense of extra tickets.
Will you include Bordesley in the draw? While it does have one train on Saturdays, if it was selected in the list, it would probably mean everyone having very similar routes.

Re: Birmingham R15
Thanks for the question. Sat Feb 22nd is a Birmingham City home game, so Bordesley has an enhanced Saturday service of 12 trains each way. Mainly around 14:00-15:00 and 17:00-18:00. Stopping trains on match days are marked in the timetables with an F.greatkingrat wrote: ↑30 Nov 2019, 01:24 Will you include Bordesley in the draw? I'm now attending, as will be my partner in grime. We'll also both be going for the curry afterwards.

I have now created a link to a pack with contains a "tube-style" map I created and timetables which cover all routes and stations which could come out. Let me know if anyone has any issues accessing it -

Just for any contenders unfamiliar with the nuances of the West Midlands rail network, the red line going left out of New Street normally curves left to rejoin itself, as the Rugeley trains tend to go fast to Tame Bridge avoiding Aston etc.
