Trip to Mole Valley today, which even before I ticked off a lot of London was one of the easiest to get to. 26 minute train journey and then a short walk.

A lovely setting and a nice one lapper. I resisted the urge to visit the wine shop, and sadly the farm shop which sells cheese was closed

I'm aiming to start the new year at Whiteley with my first parkrun in what seems like forever (but was actually 7 April).

Not up to doing a double parkrun though.

New year's day was a lovely double on my way to achieving a record 55 different events in 2019 chipping Sodbury firsta nice 3 lapper and interesting then tried to get to eastville should have chosen somewhere in Wales perhaps. But 3rd largest of them all an incredible over 900 but that's ridiculous for that event not being able to finish and u walk over the line. For 200 metres thank god I wasn't on for a pb an lovely course but only event in Bristol ease Parkruns around there don't let this happen again.

This Saturday I joined up with good buddies Kevin and iain for an assault on hazelwood course what a lovely Parkrun home of London Irish rugby club even joked as passing the 2nd lap told a player to rugby tackle me. Led for the 1st km and dropped to 3rd just lost that position but not by much really closed in on him in last metres. Happy to be free of pain in my knee though.

I was not looking forward to Hazelwood much as I generally find ones round sports fields a bit dull. but I really enjoyed it. Really friendly people and a lovely warm cafe to wait in.

Greetings all, here is the table up to 29th December, this includes any Christmas day runs.
There are possibly numerous errors as I've not had time to double check the data.

A few medal changes over the Christmas Period (at Orpington & Brooklands) but not much else to shout about.

Worthing on Christmas Day had a route change as we ran around the pier. Any other route changes at other courses?
One day I shall return!

Just checking the Season Best times and I've noticed that Geofftech seems to have had a time amended.
This was at Victoria Dock on 24th October. Time has been amended from 24:10 to 24:46.
Has anyone else ever had times amended after they've been published?

Okay, the list should be more or less correct now (apart from the age graded table)
If you have time to check your own data please do so.

Well done to Das on a new PB of 34:19 set at Bournemouth on New Years Day
