It's very boring, 2 x laps of sports field - did it with Nozza a few years back... That said I have no plans for 2 weeks from now so may be more than a tube challenge trio :P

Well is was going to be 2 weeks time but they may have just changed!

So possibly 30th June unless anything new crops up :!:

Sounds goods James :D I should be there + Iain.... BTW if driving (I cycle) suggest arrival around 08:30 ish as car park does fill up...

Why don't we make this a little interesting seeing as there are going to be 6 tube challengers split into 2 groups of 3. And far apart a brown on each side why not don't we add up the times done winning team gets the plaudits.

Not running for times really as injured so can only nurse myself around ATM....

Nice trip to Wanstead flats this morning - half sports field, half wood/forest trail. Flat but fairly uneven underfoot, so I was pleased with 31 minutes dead. A short walk from Leytonstone High Road. Toilets, somewhere to leave bags indoors, and tea and coffee available. Or if you fancy breakfast then a Spoons nearby
