But it would be fun to see his face every time you stopped and ran back past him again.

Good runs all around from most at Hackney Marshes and a great pre-R15 turnout to boot. I'm into the 20s and my year-end target of sub 20 is still on. Let's party!

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
As I was doing the table I was wondering if we'd have the first ever day where everyone ran at an event which started with the same letter.
But no - Geoff and al ruined it. Every run had an H in it somewhere, at least. Anyway, everyone seems to go fast at Hackney Marshes, and Al is under 30 minutes now.

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
Sorry to ruin your H full house, Tubeguru! I didn't fancy running at Hanley this week
It was our first time with pacers this week, which I found invaluable in getting below the 30 minute mark. It also helped that conditions were perfect (5°C, dry underfoot and not raining). Interestingly, it was 365 days since my first Parkrun. I've got James in my sights now!

I've got you and then James in my sights, followed by Glen. There's a bit of a gap between Glen and the runner ahead of him (Steveo).
I'm starting to wonder if it might be possible to beat my 2006 PB

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
Tough course for a fast time - lots of turns and slippy in places. Nice run though even though it was slower than last week

Have to say Dartford have the best parkrun facilities I have seen.. Nice indoor area to leave your stuff, toilets and refreshments - all within 20 metres of the start

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
Lovely run at Southwark - three lapper which I'm not a huge fan of, but fast time taking a minute off my Hackney time of a fortnight ago. Gunning for the Raven's time now.
Had a good chat with Scriv too over some brekkie
