HS1 near Ebbsfleet, I reckon. Either that or the rail bridge at Maidenhead.
All London buses: 23 hours 25 minutes (with Adham, David, Josh and Tangy)
Holds some alternative challenge records. Not sure which ones.
20½ Random 15 challenges: 01:58:48 best

Were it not for the third post in this thread, I'd have said the Canary Wharf to Rotherhithe ferry. But I'm stumped otherwise.

Complementary question: which crossing of the Thames costs the least (apart from zero, of course)?
