I'm coming down ☺

Not sure I'll make the pub though as I'm on the 20.30 back from Euston and having never been on the tram before and using the DLR sparingly, this will all be new!

Worked out my plan for the day Inc getting from the tram to the DLR but there will come a point where I may need to abandon. I'm gonna try though!

I'll be in London for the whole week of the World Athletics Championships. The Triple Crown concept intrigues me and I may try it on one of the four days (Monday 7th to Thursday 10th) when there is no running, jumping and throwing in the morning. I presume that the time window for starting on the 12th is to ensure fair competition and similar conditions for everyone - I'd probably start earlier in the day. At least, it'll give all of you a target to aim for. I hope that this ends up as a new page on tangy's league tables.

Just bagged a Virgin East Coast £10 return from Newark to Kings Cross on Saturday so I'm gonna do a Triple Crown recce!

There are a couple of tube changes I haven't done on my bottle route and as I've never been on the Tram (and very little DLR), I'm going to use this Saturday to try and get rid of any time wasting mistakes on the 12th.

Beckenham Junction
Tram arrives at 14.04
Lewisham train leaves at 14.05 from platform 4
As I'm running downstairs the buzzer starts
I have to run around the building
Hit the door open as they close.
Train pulls out.
I have 30 min wait.

And this is why Im doing this practise!
