Should be back to parkrun Saturday missed this week due to a little run in Amsterdam today.
26 miles 385yards in 4h 14m 40s.

No didn't see him but easy to get lost in 16.5k people.

I haven't run ANYWHERE in the last six weeks, but I just went out and did 10k in 46:13. I ran the first 5K uphill in about 22 to 23 minutes (can't be sure of exact time), and then did a U-turn and ran back down the hill.

This bodes well for my return to Parkrun, although the Plymvalley course takes minutes off your best possible time due to its nature. Maybe Exeter might be worth a go - nice and flat.

I'll be atPenrose for a gentle trot just to get the legs moving again. Then somewhere in the Home Counties next week.

We have an updated spreadsheet. Soup Dragon did a PB, so he extends his lead at the top of the age-graded table. Not much else to report, really. I was going to return next week, but it's my wife's birthday and I have to be in attendance for the opening of pressies etc. :lol:
