hokayso...

12 points - canary wharf, so many amazing memories for me in 2007 have spawned in its vast and futuristic vestibules.

10 points - ealing broadway, for giving me a nicer alternative to taking the piccadilly line going anywhere from uni

8 points - kensington olympia, just because the only reason i'd ever go there would be an exciting one (unless i were on a tube challenge), and there've been two such occurences in 2007

7 points - chalfont & latimer, as always, for the waiting room and its 5:45am warmth.

6 points - chiswick park, love the exterior design

5 points - barons court, because it has nice chairs, and also because it means i can now ring or text someone if i'm on my way home

4 points - hounslow west, nice interior design and lollable memories of falling asleep on night buses

3 points - fulham broadway, same as above but without the memories of night buses (somehow that makes it just a bit less special)

2 points - boston manor, because i can't exactly miss out my home station, and:

1 point - heathrow terminals 1, 2 and 3, for every little bit of satisfaction one gets from reading that on the information board as opposed to "rayners lane", "uxbridge" or worst of all, "northfields".

Here is the vote from the Tangy jury

1 point for SEVEN SISTERS- Simply because whenever I try and get back to Walthamstow the first n/b train in is always a Seven Sisters! GRR!

2 points go to PADDINGTON (circle)- as I have never had a good connection here, the usual West-Side-of-the-Circle curse! Also the ridiculous narrow stairway to exit the inner rail platform!

3 points got to H-O-T-H- simply because of the stunning station buildings

4 points to BANK- for the long interchanges between most of the lines notably to the Drain.

5 points for WILLESDEN JUNCTION- not the best part of London but very good for spotting freight trains.

6 points for BARKING- From departure on a GOBLIN train, I can be home in 16 minutes flat!

7 points for BLACKHORSE ROAD- my usual gateway to the Tube, as it is quicker for me to jump on the GOBLIN for one stop then walk to W'stow Central!

8 points for LIVERPOOL STREET- My favourite of the London terminii, although not when I just miss a Chingford train!

10 points for KING'S CROSS- 5 underground lines meaning can get to virtaully any other Tube station

the big 12 go to STRATFORD- Another well connected station and a mix of train stocks means there is always something to do/see

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!

Ah yes!

12 points: Chalk Farm. Beautiful outside station with a 24 hour shop built-in!
10 points: Turnpike Lane. Ah, home. Great looking stationn and nice and frequent trains.
8 points: Euston: I usually have good connections here and I can make my way through the crowds nice and quicklly.
7 points: Notting Hill Gate: Great looking station, and despite being on the Circle/District I don't have to wait there for too long.
6: Ealing Broadway: Always fun and loads of trains to see.
5: Oxford Circus: For the nice cross-platform Bakerloo - Victoria connection.
4: Golders Green: Have a good friend there, and the Northern Line always seems to act nice to me when I go there.
3: Baker Street: Nice old part of the station.
2: Acton Town
1: Canary Wharf

Nice counting :)

OK from me - The Ginger Jury.

12 Points -- Earl's Court, It's the next station from all of West Kensington, Barons Court, Olympia, HSK, Gloucester Road & West Brompton despite only being on 2 lines!

10 Points -- Mill Hill East, a very relaxed part of a tube challenge route!

9 Points -- Moor Park, I have made the Watford train on every attempt, except one when it was cancelled.

8 Points -- Acton Town, I did my work experience at the works.

7 Points -- Uxbridge, home of Coca Cola (in England at least).

6 Points -- Heathrow Terminals 1 2 3, if I ever actually get there I'll be happy anyway!

5 Points -- Euston, my gateway to London.

4 Points -- Sloane Square, only a short walk from Cadogan Hall :).

3 Points -- Baker Street, I just like it.

2 Points -- Heathrow Terminal 4, I can't recall ever visiting it actually by LU train (Ive done it with HEx and Rail Replacement Bus), this makes it the only station to have avoided me!

1 Point -- Warren Street, lucky dip point.

Is the reason Earl's Court has done so well down to the average amount of time spent there with nothing to do but admire the surroundings?
