More Plymouth news.

Went to Plymouth today and looked at a few houses. Looks promising.

Just dont leave your car for anything longer than an hour or at night at the Mutley Plain MSCP...lots of break ins there. That's the only negative thing i'll say about Plymouth.

I think that Chiltern Railways have/had locomotive-hauled services.

Definitely had. Was doing some scouting at Harrow-on-the-Hill today and spotted a Chiltern Railways.

Harrow is a bit of an odd station in the sense that Platforms 1 & 2 are longer than the others, and Chiltern trains only stop about halfway down southbound.

Oh, all right, I wasn't scouting, I was using one of my many options to get home! These are they: Walking (20 mins), Direct bus (15 mins but very infrequent) or part bus, part tube (20 mins).

But once again, with DVTs on the other end.

I have a very foggy memory of Plymouth fromlate August last year.

I think I was kicked out of an 80's bar by 2 bouncers after puking all over the bar after downing a fish bowl of Jager bomb.

Still running - saw one of these this evening.
